On 17 October, students and guild enjoyed a 5-course degustation menu, exclusive to the Nanette Cameron School, by award-winning chef Des Harris (ex-Clooney), with wine pairings by Wairau River Wines. Guests were seated at the beautiful kitchens at UnserHaus, Parnell.
